Privacy Policy

How the firm handles the information principals and other visitors share — what is collected, what it is used for, the cookies and analytics in use, and how to request a copy, a correction, or a deletion.

The policy in full

Six sections, one operating thesis.

Information Collected

What the firm collects

The principal reads every message sent through this site. The fields the firm records are the ones a principal volunteers on the contact form: a name, the sector and entity count that frame the engagement, and the narrative of the decision the principal wants to be able to ship. Anonymous analytics also gather passive signals — the pages visited, the device class, and the rough geography — to help the firm keep the site readable. Nothing is purchased from data brokers, and nothing is collected beyond what a principal has shared or the browser has volunteered.

Use of Information

How the information is used

Submissions are read by the principal alone, kept in the operating LLC’s secure mailbox, and used only to scope the engagement, draft proposals, and follow up on the work in flight. They are never sold, never traded, and never shared with third parties beyond the operating LLC and the specialists a principal explicitly adds to the engagement. If a counterparty or a steward is named in the narrative, the file ownership and the channel of communication are written down before any inbound or outbound correspondence begins.

Cookies & Analytics

Cookies and analytics in use

The site uses only first-party session and analytics — the bare minimum needed to keep navigation working, to keep the principal’s message draft across a page reload, and to count visits at an aggregate level. There are no third-party advertising trackers, no fingerprinting pixels, and no data shipped to social platforms. Visitors who prefer to disable even the first-party analytics can do so at the browser level; the site remains fully usable.

Data Retention

How long the firm holds the record

Engagement correspondence is held for the active engagement plus a defined window after the final deliverable — long enough to support a follow-on engagement, short enough that the record ages out. The retention window is the same regardless of whether the engagement closes in one twelve-week sprint or layers a second phase. Past the window, the record is deleted from the operating mailbox and from any backup tier on a rolling basis.

Contact

Data requests and corrections

Principals and other site visitors can request a copy of the data on file, ask for a correction, or ask for an early deletion at any time. Reach the principal directly at the operating mailbox — every request receives a reply within two business days, and the firm treats a deletion request as immediate, with confirmable deletion on request.

Updates

How changes to this policy are posted

This page is the canonical record. A material change — a new category of data, a new processor added to the operating toolchain, a substantively different retention posture — is posted here with a refreshed “last updated” date at the top and a short note in the Insights stream. Cosmetic edits do not trigger either signal; the policy is the only durable artifact.

Data requests

Want a copy, a correction, or a deletion?

The principal reads every message and replies within two business days. Begin with the sector and the entity count, and the firm will take it from there.
